We are no longer accepting Letters of Inquiry for the 2012 Pooled Grant cycle.  The Letter of Inquiry for the 2013 Pooled Grant cycle will be available in September 2012 and due in November 2012.

Submission of an LOI does not guarantee formal consideration for funding.  Only selected agencies will be invited to submit full proposals.
