Driving Directions to the 2100 Building

2100 24th Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98144
The 2100 Building is located on 24th Avenue South between South Hill and South Walker Streets. It is one block east of Rainier Avenue South, in the same neighborhood as Remo Borracchini's Bakery. On-street parking is available in the surrounding area.

Directions from anywhere
Get onto Interstate-90.
Take the Rainier Avenue South Exit (Eastbound, this is the FIRST exit - if you miss it, you end up on Mercer Island).
At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Rainier Avenue South.
Turn left onto South Massachusetts Street.
Turn right onto 24th Avenue South.
The building is several blocks down, just past South Hill Street.

Parking
The 2100 Building offers limited free guest parking in the garage. To get to the garage drive past the building, and turn left onto South Walker Street. Turn left into the alley behind the building. Turn left into the garage entry. Park in the street-level garage and walk out the west door to the sidewalk, and then into the building through the front door.

If the parking garage is full, there is ample street parking available in the surrounding neighborhood. Please allow a few minutes to find a parking spot and walk to the building.
