Carla Lewis, President One of the founding members of Washington Women’s Foundation in 1995, Carla became President in April 2008. In addition to her 25-year career working in senior management positions in strategic planning, business management, finance, treasury and communications at Paccar and Microsoft, Carla has extensive experience in the nonprofit arena. As an active member of Washington Women’s Foundation, she has served on the Board’s finance committee, spent three years as a co-leader of Grant Committee Work Groups, and was vice-chair of the Grant Committee. She currently serves on the boards of SeattleArt Museum, Seattle Public Library Foundation and Seattle Prep. Michele Rudnick, Chief Financial Officer
Michele joined the Foundation's staff in January 2010 with more than 25 years of nonprofit management experience in finance, planning, program development, fundraising and member services.Her experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer for the Digital Learning Commons; Director of Finance and Administration for the Henry Art Gallery; and General Manager and Deputy Director of the Association of Performing Arts Presenters in Washington, DC.Michele received her MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA and her BA from the University of Washington.Michele currently serves as President of the board of The Children’s Center at Burke Gilman Gardens and is on the Parent Council of University Prep.

Marion DeForest, Deputy Director Ever since becoming a Foundation member in 2001, Marion has been immersed in the pooled fund grant process: first as a committee member, followed by three years on the grant leadership team, and then as the staff liaison for three years to the Grant Committee , the Impact Assessment Committee, and the Committee Cabinet. She has recently broadened her staff role to Deputy Director, assuming additional responsibilities in the overall management of the Foundation in terms of Finance, Governance, Business Operations, and Board Relations. Marion has a bachelor's degree from Yale and an executive Masters in Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University, and served as Executive Director of Seattle Works for four years.

Megan Davies, Program Manager
Megan joined the Foundation team in August of 2008. She earned her Bachelor's degree at Vassar College and her Masters degree in Public Administration from the Daniel J. Evans School of Public Affairs at the University of Washington. Megan has served on both the staff and strategic planning committee of Hadassah, one of the largest women's membership organizations in the world. She also worked as a nonprofit consultant with two international organizations, Para El Mundo in Peru and Fusion International in Argentina.

EmilyFeicht, Office Manager Emily joined the staff in November of 2008. She graduated from Gonzaga University and has since worked with several nonprofit organizations in the Seattle area. Most recently, she was the Executive Programs Manager at Junior Achievement of Washington. She began her career with the Fremont Public Association (Solid Ground) working as a literacy tutor at Tukwila Elementary, followed by serving as an AmeriCorp VISTA Leader with Page Ahead Children’s Literacy Program.
